Booking and calendar privacy.

This website uses customer details to arrange private consultations with Mohamed Al Banna.

Consultation enquiries

Sites stores your full name, email, phone number, phone country, country you are currently based in, preferred online or in-person format, optional additional context, selected service, monthly revenue range, service-specific answers, qualification status, confirmation that the consultation fee was reviewed, and submission time. This information is used to assess your enquiry and arrange a consultation. Monthly revenue is required to check the minimum of USD 10,000 per month. Businesses below that threshold cannot proceed to paid booking. Both formats are 60 minutes. The consultation costs USD 500 plus USD 25 UAE VAT (5%), total USD 525, and is non-refundable. In-person locations are confirmed after booking. Contact details are checked for valid format, not independently verified ownership. Only approved site and booking managers can see saved enquiries. When email alerts are configured, the website sends the configured booking team an enquiry summary, including your submitted details and answers, using Resend. Email delivery status is retained so failed alerts can be retried. Records remain until removed by the site owner. No marketing consent is inferred.

After Sites verifies payment, visitors may open Mohamed’s Calendly event to choose their online or in-person consultation time. Calendly collects the details the visitor enters and handles availability, confirmation, calendar invitations, rescheduling and cancellation. Sites does not automatically pass the enquiry answers, revenue, phone or payment credentials to Calendly. Completed Calendly bookings are not currently synced back to Sites. Business growth call requests

The separate introductory call form collects your contact details, country, monthly revenue range, selected programme and business goals. At least USD 50,000 in monthly revenue is required. Qualified requests are saved with consultation enquiries and emailed to the booking team through the same notification system. No fee acknowledgement or payment is required. Qualified applicants continue to the separate 30-minute Calendly event to select a time. Your form answers are not automatically passed to Calendly. A saved request does not confirm a meeting.

Payments and booking records

Stripe handles payment details. Sites stores the payment reference, payment email, payment status, name, company, phone if supplied, discussion topic, chosen time, and call link. Card numbers are not stored by this website. Booking management is restricted to the approved booking host and site owner.

Connection controls and removal requests

Calendar connections and booking confirmations for the current flow are managed in Calendly. Saved consultation records remain in Sites until removed by the site owner. For questions or a record removal request, contact sara@leadventures.ae.
